Access to courts

So, this afternoon I had a hearing and was limited in my ability to argue the case after the presentation of evidence. It was very frustrating. Why would I ask a client to pay me for representation and then do nothing more than enter evidence.
I want to argue, I want to have a chance to frame and explain the evidence in the best possible light for my client.
If you hire me for your DWI or Criminal Defense matter, I will fight for your rights, even if it means fighting for my own, as your attorney.
